  We headed to Kay El Bar to celebrate a 40th birthday, an old fashioned guys trip. We were met with incredibly personal service and the staff even helped us pull the surprise on the birthday boy. Upon arriving we were met by Alyson and she showed us around, we were immediately impressed with the lodgings, location and facilities available. We talked about the history of the ranch and it was fascinating to hear how well the staff know the place, they don’t just work there, it is their passion. Once everyone arrived and we sprang the surprise we headed for dinner and were immediately greeted by name by the catering folks – we had never met them before! This goes to show how personal they take the experience, I was called by my name all weekend by every member of staff – it is a truly amazing touch and it made me feel very at home and part of the family. The food was fantastic all weekend and there was nothing that wasn’t thought of, everything we asked for we got and in many cases the staff were ahead of our requests. The wranglers were very attentive to the riding skills of the group and their patience was appreciated. The horses were all very kind to us and made the whole experience a truly unforgettable one. If you are looking for a trip to generate memories, please look no further – I will recommend Kay El Bar Ranch and their outstanding staff to anyone who will listen – Thank you guys.
