  Do not go to this jeweler. I gave him one star because there was no option for 0 stars. I went in to have my wedding band resized so it would fit me better. It was a very wide gold band with diamonds in it. I play guitar and bass and when I played I had to remove the ring because it pinched and caused me pain. I discussed what I wanted done with the ring and what I thought we decided on was to narrow the back of the band so it wouldn't pinch so much. The jeweler marked the inside back of the ring with contoured lines to show me how much he would cut off. The lines that were drawn were only on the back of the ring. Much to my surprise when I returned 2 weeks later my ring looked completely different than when I had left it. I thought only the back was going to be cut but instead he cut all the way around the ring and the diamonds changing the appearance of the ring and taking more than 50% of the gold off. The ring was appraised at $2700 and my ring was ruined. It no longer matched my husband's ring. When I asked what about all the gold he removed I was told it was his right to keep the gold. I did get 2 gold scraps back but when I weighed my newly cut ring with the scraps there was still quite a bit of gold missing. I'm sure he kept the filings. When I tried to talk to him about the problem he yelled and was verbally abusive. He wouldn't listen to my concerns. He was very arrogant and wouldn't even consider fixing the ring. Stay away from this shop. He doesn't listen to what his customers really want done and he does what he wants. And then he doesn't even try to correct his mistakes.
