  I believe it was Tony, Brian and Chris who were working the night I had 2 tires blow out on 1/2/2018. AAA was going to send me down the road to where they did not even have the tires I needed. Brian and Chris both spoke to my sister to help coordinate my arrival. This team of fantastic and caring guys stayed after hours for the AAA driver to get me to this Big O Tires location where they changed out the tires I needed. My daughter and I were back on the road to Prescott in no time at all. I cannot thank them enough for helping me when I was quite shaken up. I really appreciate this caring team of individuals!

  I drive a bit and one of my front tires looked a few lbs low, I figured 10, so I stopped by and they happily checked my tire pressure and added a few pounds. I was only 5 under, but I misplaced my pressure Gauge and wanted to be sure. My milage increased slightly, so make sure your tire pressure is where it should be especially when summer ends and it gets cooler.
